Max Flatow Photography

First and foremost, I want to thank our first responders and all the people who have been selflessly working the front lines throughout this pandemic. It's because of them that I've had the privilege of hunkering down with my family, putting all work aside, and riding out this crazy storm in good health and a safe environment. I cannot stress how incredibly lucky I am, while so many others are forced to endure such loss, hardship, and financial strain.

There's nothing I'd rather be doing right now than photographing. I miss documenting weddings, thousand-person food events, restaurant openings, family portraits, chefs, actors...EVERYTHING. I miss it all. However, I understand that in order for us to get back to "normality", many things must come to a halt.

Over the last four months, my family and I have been taking every safety precaution imaginable to keep ourselves healthy and safe, but more importantly - to keep others healthy and safe. These are precautions that I'll be implementing into my life and business for the foreseeable future. In due time, when weddings and events return, restaurants re-open, etc., I want you to know that I'm here for you, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease in front of my camera. Face coverings, gloves, frequent hand-washing, sanitizer, and social distancing (especially with long lenses) will be the norm for as long as our respected doctors and scientists say it is necessary, and I'll have it all on hand when working with you.

Once certain restrictions are lifted here in NYC and around the country, my quiet, ground floor (no elevator) photo studio in Brooklyn will be open for business and I'd love to work with you! Great for headshots, portraits, food, and product work!

To schedule a shoot, whether it's a small elopement ceremony, a 2021 wedding, restaurant rebranding, corporate headshot, or anything else, please feel free to CONTACT ME at any time.

Stay safe, and I can't wait to hear from you soon!
