As a food and event photographer working with Cochon555, a national culinary tour promoting Heritage Breed pigs, it's always nice to team up with chefs who have worked with Cochon555 in the past, especially when it's here at home in NYC. Zac's desserts of Baked Alaska, Luxardo Cheesecake, and Red Velvet cookies were all so incredibly beautiful to photograph, I can't wait until I can get back in the kitchen/studio with him for another shoot in the near future!
