In addition to photographing food and cocktails, it's imperative to shoot portraits of the chefs, line cooks, bartenders, front of house and back of house staff in order to truly capture the essence of any restaurant or bar. Despite the tiny kitchen, I was able to capture Dan in his element, coming away with some fantastic headshots.
