I'm a big fan of Kimpton Hotels, so was delighted to photograph this same-sex wedding at Ink48 in Manhattan. The 17th floor suite provides majestic views over the NYC skyline and Hudson River, as well as an intimate setting to capture Haris and Clay's "I do's". Ink48 can hold cocktail receptions for up to 75 guests on their beautiful private terraces. The wedding dinner was held in the two story "Heaven Over Hell Penthouse Suite", and I had a blast capturing photojournalistic style images in such a gorgeous space. The service, as well as the food by PRINT, Ink48's in-house restaurant, is top notch. PRINT is located within a renovated and re-purposed printing factory, and is among one of the country’s leading restaurants dedicated to seasonal, sustainable cuisine.
